IN THE COMMUNITY

Safe Alliance
Safe Alliance provides hope and healing for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Not only has Woodson been an ambassador for the multitude of services that Safe Alliance offers, she was in the Domestic Violence Video recognized nationally to bring awareness to the struggle and survivor story of a woman who utilized their services. Woodson has spoken to large groups on behalf of Safe Alliance and was asked to be one of the two survivors chosen to help plan the largest Family Justice Center in the region – The Umbrella Center – a facility where a survivor can come and share their story ONE TIME and immediately be connected to law enforcement, counseling, medical help, and services for themselves and their family. Woodson is incredibly proud of being on this board and the opportunity to offer input.

CMS
Woodson’s children are both students of the CMS school system and attend Ardrey Kell High School. Woodson's mother was a career public school teacher, who taught three of Woodson's high school classes. Each Christmas morning, the Bradley Family Tradition is to wake up at 5:30 and report for kitchen duty at the Community Matters Cafe to serve a warm and love-filled breakfast to those in need. It is something we look forward to each Christmas morning and a tradition we have enjoyed together with our children since 2017. You will also see Woodson having lunch with friends at the Community Matters Cafe regularly. She loves sharing this great lunch spot!
